KOMPaaS and Kommo have completed their integration for Europe customers

This integration allows to interact more effectively with consumers, because the employee sees a pop-up customer card and instantly receives all information about the transaction object when he's receiving incoming call. Virtual PBX records all client requests and creates a Callback request when the call was missed. The manager can make calls in one click from the client's card. All conversations are recorded and can be downloaded at any time.

Kommo cloud solution was created to organize the sales departments of startups, small and medium-sized companies. It can be used in the "quick start" format - when it's not required special training to implement and start using CRM: the system has an intuitive interface. It's easy to use and controlled by the mouse on a PC or mobile device.

Combining the CRM widget with the KOMPaaS Virtual PBX to single solution allows the head of the sales and attracting new customers department to have better control of the employees, because the system helps to track the progress of each sale, analyze different stages of interaction with a potential consumer of services, generate reports and get new contacts.
