Forwarding to the manager

Call forwarding to the manager - a feature where an incoming call is automatically forwarded to the phone of a manager (a known employee) who was last in contact with a potential customer.


What is it for?

The "familiar employee" is determined using the time interval specified in the settings of the virtual time interval (maximum - one day):

  • – 1 hour
  • – 8 hours
  • – 24 hours

Return of a repeated call to the queue is possible if the subscriber does not answer within a fixed time interval, or if the Do Not Disturb (DND) mode is used on the IP phone.


It allows you to quickly establish contact with a company specialist who previously advised you
It also helps to separate potential and existing customers who are not calling for the first time
