Newsroom shows an increase in revenue by 22% in 2022

Fixed-line telecom operator, software product developer shows a 22% increase in revenues by 2022 and a 12% increase in B2B subscriber base.

Revenue growth by individual services ranges from 26% to 66%. For example, the company earned 26% more in euros from its core Cloud PBX platform product over the 12 months of 2022. At the same time, revenues from telephony services in euros increased by 29% over the year.

The integration and API method business segment showed the highest revenue growth of 66% for the year.

At the same time the B2B customer ARPU for the year was not significantly changed and remained at the same level as in the previous 12 months - 20-30 €/month.

Development of the telecom platform as a service (CPaaS)

New solutions for user authentication have been added: "Confirmation Call" and "Password Call". New PBX features are available: "Combination of PBX and PBX/IP-PBX", "Call Transcription", etc. Fully updated "Webhooks" section: added ability to create an unlimited number of webhooks for any events on the telecom's platform with the ability to specify variables for sending and re-sending webhooks when the receiving service is not available.

Automation and robotization of business processes remain the key trends at the corporate telephony market. Artificial Intelligence and robotization are becoming indispensable tools in customer service. Contact centers using Voice Robots and Chatbots show high efficiency in relation to the cost of human resources. At the same time, the speed and quality of the robot's handling of queries is often maintained at a high level.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies will be the drivers of telecom platform product development in the next 3-5 years.
